Biography

Biography

Born in Austria, trained at the intersections of philosophy, pedagogy and systemic counselling. Since 2001 Helmut-Whitey Kritzinger has led his own seminars and trainings. What began as a small circle has grown into a platform reaching several thousand participants a year — without the core of the work changing: to take conversation seriously.

Vision

Vision

A society in which we learn to perceive more precisely — ourselves, each other, the conditions we live in. This vision is not a programme but a stance: that education begins where people allow each other to think more slowly.

Mission

Mission

To create rooms in which serious inquiry is possible — as seminar, as book, as podcast, as digital reflection space. Rooms that don't promise what they cannot keep, and that don't conceal what must remain open.

Philosophy

Philosophy

This work belongs to no single school. From phenomenology it takes careful attention, from systemic thinking respect for complexity, from the dialogical tradition the idea that truth arises between people — not within any one of them.

Way of working

Way of working

Few dates per year, deliberately small groups, carefully prepared rooms, no standard format. Anyone enrolling for a seminar receives a letter beforehand — not as marketing, but as a shared agreement about what will be explored.
