Vita Helmut-Whitey von Kritzinger
Helmut von Kritzinger is a boundary-crosser between psychology, literature, and entrepreneurial vision. As a qualified psychologist, author of 16 books, and founder of various education and health initiatives, he embodies a rare triad: analytical depth, literary voice, and creative leadership.
As early as the 1980s, in addition to his work as a psychotherapist, he founded successful holistic health enterprises in Germany. With the AFP Academy in Heidelberg, he created a platform for integral personality development, depth-psychological training, and philosophical orientation. His work has never been limited to teaching – it always aims at personal authorship and shaping individual lives in complex times.
With his Life-Scouting® method, he connects existential psychology, philosophical clarity, and entrepreneurial thinking into a unique model of self-empowerment. This approach shapes his international retreats (Hawaii, California, Madeira, London, Zurich, Paris) as well as his online seminars, where participants develop personalized life models for today's world.
He currently lives and works between London, The Hague, and California. His literary work – including essays, books, and audio formats – reaches an international audience. As a consultant, he has worked for companies like DG-Bank, SAP and Siemens. Today, he also invests in sustainable future industries.
In select cases, he works as a strategy and transformation advisor for boards and family offices, as well as a 1:1 executive mentor to HNWIs.
