Statutes / Purpose of the Foundation
The Foundation's Mission – Human Integrity & Social Working Life
The Foundation, based in The Hague, specifically promotes humane values in working life. It strengthens work-life balance, health and employment through socially relevant measures.
How the Foundation Achieves Its Goals
Counselling & Education: Mentoring, executive coaching, career counselling, retreats and seminars for individuals and institutions.
Research & Model Development: Analysis of life and work models in the digital age, focusing on health, structure and social integration.
Publication & Public Relations: Publications such as books, films or documentaries to spread knowledge and foster social change.
Project Funding & Social Engagement: Support for Life-Scouting initiatives, promotion of new forms of work, social engagement projects and future-proof work models — e.g. unconditional basic income.
Non-Profit Status & Sustainable Orientation
The Kritzinger Foundation operates without profit motive and pursues a clearly non-profit purpose. All measures aim at long-term, impactful projects for society and work.
Articles of Association (Excerpt)
Article 1 – Name and Registered Office
The name of the Foundation shall be: Kritzinger Foundation (Stichting) International for the Work of the Future. The Foundation shall have its seat in the municipality of The Hague.
Article 2 – Objective
To promote the humanity and sociality of workers in working life and to improve work-life balance to ensure sustainability, health and employment, including through executive mentoring, career counselling, retreats, training, research into modern life and work models, publications, and financial support for individual projects (z. B. Life-Scouting®, unconditional basic income, new work models).
The Foundation pursues the goal of non-profit status and has no profit motive. Further details can be obtained from the Foundation Authority.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
