Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (for services, digital content, seminar and training bookings) or from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (for the supply of goods).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Special Notes on Services and Digital Content
If you requested that the services (e.g. coaching, seminar, online access to the AI platform Dialogein Intelligence) should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Your right of withdrawal for a service contract expires if we have fully performed the service and have only begun performance after you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
For contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (e.g. audiobooks, e-books, audio downloads), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation, transport, car rental, catering or leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code). This applies in particular to retreats, travel and on-site seminars with a fixed date — in such cases only the cancellation terms set out in the General Terms & Conditions apply.
