Conditions for seminar bookings, book sales and digital content.
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts on seminars, trainings, books, audiobooks and digital content concluded between Helmut-Whitey Kritzinger and the customer.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
By registering you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation in text form.
§ 3 Prices and payment
All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT. Payment by credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal via our payment providers.
§ 4 Cancellation of seminars
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, we refund the full participation fee. Beyond that, staggered cancellation fees apply — the applicable scale is in your booking confirmation.
§ 5 Digital content
For digital content (audiobook, Consciousness Audio, Dialogue Intelligence) the separate right of withdrawal applies; see withdrawal policy.
§ 6 Liability
We are liable for damages only insofar as they are based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, or in case of injury to life, body or health.
§ 7 Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
