When artificial intelligence answers almost like a human
Generative AI has become part of everyday life worldwide. Systems such as Claude respond attentively, examine arguments and ask questions that feel surprisingly personal. This kind of advice is available at any time, patient and comparatively affordable – without any personal interest in selling further coaching sessions. This sets it apart from a life-coaching market in which serious support is sometimes overshadowed by standardised programmes and commercial follow-up offers. Nevertheless, Claude and Perplexity remain AI systems: without a biography of their own, without perception of body language and without personal responsibility. The seminar therefore does not play humans and machines off against each other. It shows how Claude can organise knowledge, reveal contradictions and stimulate your own thinking – and when a human counterpart or professional therapeutic help remains indispensable. Because what matters is not the fastest answer, but the question that changes our perception.
Claude or life coaching – what is the difference?
A conversation with Claude begins when you need it: at three in the morning, after a difficult meeting or in the middle of a decision. Claude listens, summarises, asks follow-up questions and offers new perspectives – kindly, patiently and without a follow-up appointment, an upgrade or a premium package in mind. Life coaching, on the other hand, is often also a business model: hourly packages, programmes and follow-up offers are part of it. That is legitimate, but it can subtly influence the direction of a conversation. In the spirit of the Ereignisdialog: it is not the spoken word that convinces, but the event that takes place in the other person. A good question is therefore valuable when it sets something in motion in you – regardless of whether a human or an AI asks it. Perceive instead of react, name the event, create new events: in the seminar you will experience how to use Claude for exactly this – as a thinking partner who strengthens your judgement rather than taking it away from you.
Humanity and culture in the age of AI – strategies for companies and service providers
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing our business world not only technically, but also culturally, strategically and ethically. Today, the success of companies depends on how well technology and humanity are integrated without losing identity, corporate culture and human qualities.
Cultural alignment and employee engagement
Simply implementing AI is not enough. It must be aligned with the cultural values of the organisation. Especially in companies that rely on co-determination, creativity and collaboration, AI should be understood as a complement to human abilities – not as a replacement.
For service companies such as agencies, law firms, IT service providers or consultancies, this means that routine tasks such as scheduling, invoicing or documentation can be automated. This creates room for demanding interpersonal activities such as client advice, problem-solving or creative development. Employees become more involved in meaningful processes, which increases motivation, identification and productivity.
Key measures:
A cultural review to identify values
Involving employees early in the use of AI
Retraining and communication to build trust
Ethical and organisational guidelines
AI raises important ethical questions: how is fairness ensured? Where is human control necessary? Transparent decision-making processes and a clear division of roles are essential. Especially in sensitive areas such as people management or customer evaluation, AI must not decide autonomously. Service providers who observe these principles strengthen both employee loyalty and customer credibility.
Core principles:
Ethical guidelines for the use of AI
Transparent and traceable processes
A clear division of tasks between human and machine
Strategic perspectives and competitive advantages
AI can make business processes more efficient and support data-based decisions. Creativity, empathy and entrepreneurial vision, however, remain human domains. Automating internal processes creates freedom for innovation and customer focus. Companies that combine technological efficiency with cultural intelligence increase profitability and resilience.
Recommended measures:
Using AI for internal efficiency without losing human interaction
Training executives and teams in responsible use
Integrating ethical and cultural principles early on
AI-based coaching – the future of personal development
AI coaching analyses data, evaluates behaviour and produces personalised recommendations. Round-the-clock availability, objective feedback and data-based personalisation offer clear advantages over conventional coaching.
Advantages of AI coaching:
24/7 accessibility and immediate support
Individually tailored, data-based recommendations
Scalability for many users at the same time
Super-hero prompts – the next generation of coaching
With innovative super-hero prompts, AI systems can be steered precisely to achieve individual goals efficiently. Emotional intelligence and targeted priming significantly increase the effectiveness of AI-based coaching. This is how strategies are developed, personal strengths are fostered and development goals are achieved precisely.
