Life-Scouting Akademie 2025 – your training in three integrative modules

Experience practical, well-founded training that supports your personal and professional development in the long term. The Life-Scouting Akademie teaches knowledge, methods and tools for individual life models, emotional intelligence and self-effective personal development.

Module 1: Inner worlds & communication – “Know thyself”

Key skills:

• Strengthening emotional intelligence

• Developing empathy

• Deepening self-reflection

• Self-integrated communication

In Module 1 you learn to understand and manage your inner world. Through self-reflection exercises, practical examples and communication training, you develop a deep understanding of yourself and your relationships.

Module 2: Life model design – understanding and integrating 50 models

Aim: unfolding your “personality portfolio”

This module shows how life and business models can be analysed individually and linked meaningfully. You recognise your strengths, priorities, values and talents and learn to integrate them into a coherent life model.

Module 3: The meta-level of life – finding meaning at a deep level

Focus: uniting feeling and reason

Module 3 is about the meta-level of your personality. You understand limbic patterns, develop a coherent model of the self and learn to integrate decisions and actions at a deep level. The aim is a self-effective, sustainable way of shaping your life.

Participation details 2025

• Organisation: three modules, bookable only as a complete programme

• Dates:

  • Module 1: 5–9 February 2025

  • Module 2: 14–18 May 2025

  • Module 3: 15–19 October 2025

• Venue: in person in Darmstadt on the Bergstrasse, or online

• Fee: €2,970 net for all three modules

• Information seminar: 5 February 2025 on site, optional, fee €280 net
